Focusing on hitting your macros will promote more health-seeking behaviors than just focusing on hitting your calories. However, fat intake is important for hormonal regulation, so if you consistently eat a very low-fat diet, you may have issues. ![]() If the shaft is damaged or broken, it must be replaced. Re-install the shaft if it has slipped from its place. To inspect the drive shaft, remove the engine assembly from the shaft and look to see if the shaft is in its proper place. Trimmers can also vibrate when the connection between the flex shaft and the trimmer head is loose or worn. These flex shafts can start to vibrate when they wear out, or when they aren't properly lubricated. Most string trimmers have a flexible drive shaft installed in their shaft housing, even if the shaft is straight. Install the new drive shaft housing assembly by re-attaching it to both ends, tightening down the bolts and screws, and re-attaching the ignition wires and throttle cable. Transfer any handles, guards or anything else off the old drive shaft housing to the new drive shaft housing. The housing for the flex shaft secures and supports the shaft as well keeps debris away from it that could impact its operation. Install the new gear box and rotate the spindle until it lines up with the inner shaft, then tighten down the bolts. Remove the trimmer head by rotating it counter clockwise trimmer heads are reversed-thread. On some models, you might have to lock the screwdriver in place against the washer, after it is locked inside the hole. Rotate the trimmer head until the screwdriver locks into place. Insert a screwdriver into the hole on the gear box located just above the trimmer head. To remove the gear box, remove any covers on the head that stop debris from flying if they are in the way. A grinding noise from the gear box is a good indicator of this problem. The teeth may break off the gears, throwing their balance off and causing your trimmer to vibrate. These gears can wear down over time from heavy use and a lack of lubrication. The gear case or gear box is located at the bottom of the drive shaft and transfers power from the drive shaft to the trimmer head. 9/1/2023 0 Comments Shareful definition![]() ![]() ![]() The information on this site is not directed at residents of the United States and is not intended for distribution to, or use by, any person in any country or jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law or regulation. Stock splits will reduce the price of a company’s stock by increasing the supply of shares available on the market. If a company ever wants its share price to fall – perhaps to make their shares more accessible to investors – then it can issue a stock split. In the United States, TurboCAD was initially marketed through high-tech, direct sales publications such as Computer Shopper and InfoWorld magazines. This resulted in a major improvement to the DOS user interface. Later Diesch ported code from the original Turbo Pascal to the later object oriented version that would eventually morph into Borland Delphi. IMSI had licensed the source code from the original developers, Pink Software, and programmer Kurt Diesch fixed bugs and added output support, as well as increased functionality to compete with other CAD programs under $500 – Generic CADD, Drafix and Design CAD 2D. In 1990, IMSI released its self-developed version of TurboCAD, version 2 for DOS. Both companies shared distribution responsibilities for the bundle. TurboCAD was first sold in the United States by Milan Systems of America in late 1986, marketed as a stand-alone title for $99 and a bundle with the IMSI (International Microcomputer Software, Inc ) mouse for $149. During this period, Rob Berry began working on the product as a Technical Writer. Later, TurboCAD included native printer drivers for a variety of dot matrix, bubble jet, and laser printers. Initially, in order to be able to support dot matrix printers, FPlot was sold as an add-on to TurboCAD. Sacks also created the first CAD symbols included with the product. The turning point for the product came after Martin Sacks, the first US distributor, was able to get Digby Prior, a ton of plotters and printers, and a driver writing utility in the same room in Los Angeles. TurboCAD was a DOS product with limited device support, whereas Generic CADD was strong in this area. Support was added for more video cards (EGA, Olivetti, etc.), input devices (Summagraphics digitizer, and later, the first Microsoft Mouse). This release was made under the brand Pink Software, with other stake holders John Glennie, Digby Prior, and Janine Copeman. Roy Abrams and Philip Copeman introduced it to the United Kingdom markets as TurboCAD in late 1986. South Africans Philip Copeman and Michael Cartwright worked on redesigning the product. ![]() The release of Generic CADD in the PC market was, at that time, the biggest ‘CAD event’ since Autodesk had reinvented CAD pricing with its initial release in 1981. before TurboCAD, it received much more positive press about its low price, (approximately $600 originally), and quickly achieved a large and loyal customer base.
